A combination of multiple shorter running intervals mixed with full-body strengthening circuits. These sessions are for those athletes who choose to gain running experience, and they are geared towards runners, not the general cardio enthusiast in a mega-group class at a gym. Suitable for all levels. Must reserve/cancel 24 hours in advance.
1 session = $35, 5 session package = $150 ($30 each), 10 session package = $300 + 1 FREE session
ADULTS:
- All levels welcome, even those who have never run a step in their lives
- Privates and small group training available
- Understand proper form and how to safely increase your mileage
- Go from being a walker to a runner and actually enjoy and good run
- Learn how to run without the pressure of a large running group
KIDS & TEENAGERS:
- Add power and speed to any other sport
- Learn to love running and keep fit
- Gain an understanding of your body and its growth as an athlete
- Take a kids-class and get your "sillys" out!
